Our home is located on the main road leading to Cedar Valley Golf course – just about 100 feet from the corner when you turn left off Utility Drive. Ours is the yellow house with wooden slat fence. Our gate will be open so drive right in!

Supermarkets The nearest supermarket is The Epicurean Fine Foods, it’s about a 5minute drive away. They open every day 7am-9pm and there is an onsite pharmacy which opens 9am-5pm.
Bar & Restaurants
There is a huge selection of dining options located just minutes away from you. For dinner with a spectacular view, we recommend Bay House Restaurant at Trade Winds Hotel. For French cuisine, Le Bistro Restaurant at Hodges Bay, and for a coffee and a bagel, there’s Simply Coffee or Vino Joe, to name just a few.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need during your stay; pots and pans,drinking glasses, coffee cups, dishes and silverware etc. There will be coffee, tea and sugar inthe cupboards upon arrival.
Smoking
Please do not smoke inside, however feel free to smoke outside on the patio.
Towels
We have provided two sets of towels for each guest to use inside the property. When youdepart please place any used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Parking
There is free parking on the premises and it is not shared with anyone else. T is not necessaryto close the gate, however, if you wish to do so, please note that the gate is non-motorized, soit may need a gentle tug to get it going.
Air Conditioning
Each bedrooms is equipped with an air conditioning unit, please feel free to use it when necessary – you can find the remote control that turns it on, on the nightstand next to the bed. There are ceiling fans as well. It turns on by the switch just above the nightstand closest to the bathroom
Trash
There is a trash bin under the sink in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Extra bin liners are in the kitchen drawer next to the sink.
Miscellaneous
The TV remote is both located on the nightstand next to the bed. The tv can be operated witheither control. The stove is match-lit. Extra matches are in the kitchen drawer closest to the door

We ask that on departure, please turn offall ac units, fans and lights, lock the doors and leavethe keys on the counter next to the kitchen door.
House Rules
A violation of the house rules may lead to the immediate removal of any and all guests/occupants without a refund.
- No smoking inside
- No parties or events.
- No excessive noise or loud music after 9pm.
- No pets in the home.
- No overnight visitors not listed on the reservation.
- Only flush toilet paper Report any damages or missing items immediately to the host.
- Must get permission for late checkout prior to arrival
- Keep the home clean and tidy, treat it as if it were your own home.
