Upon arrival, guests who booked this service will be met by a VIP Representative with sign displaying their name at the entrance of the Arrival Hall (hallway off the jet bridge – just before the elevator to immigration area) receive VIP treatment as a personal representative whisks you away to a dedicated line at immigration and guide you in collecting your luggage.
For this service, you can select to add when booking your transfer. On those days when multiple international flights arrive around the same time, the VIP Meet and Greet can help you skip the long lines in security. Anyone between 2pm – 3:30pm should consider this service.
What to expect
- We take the worry out of getting a transfer on arrival.
- Once you have confirmed your booking with us, please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist you.
- Flight Tracking, we track the flight for all our arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, we will not leave.
- On arrival at the V. C. Bird International Airport in Antigua, after clearing Customs/Immigration, our representative will be waiting to greet you. Your confirmation document will detailed the meeting point instructions. Once you’re checked-in and board your transfer, it is about 35-40 drive to your resort. Just relax and enjoy the ride.
- For Departure, customers will have detailed instructions on their confirmation document. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
